Fee Schedule



Phase I
Initial Consultation Fee $ 50.00 - $ 75.00 (Depending on your location)
Fee includes: Up to one hour consultation with Mr. Matheus, site analysys, professional recommendations, general budget, customer profile.

If you wish to meet with a landscape designer, fee is $ 100.00

Phase II
Follow-up Consultation Fee - $ 250.00 - $ 750.00
Includes: Landscape plans, measurements, pictures, specific recommendations, and actual budget cost.

Phase III
Down payment and commencement. Down payment is 1/3 of the budgeted price.
Includes: Plans finalized and confirm start date.

NOTE: Fees for Phases I & II will be applied to the total cost of the budgeted price if work it contracted by Wm. Matheus. Credited fees will be applied to final installment.
